This morning, during breakfast, I was teaching Lia body parts in Tagalog.
"Saan ang ilong ni Lia?"
She points to her nose.
"Galing! Saan ang tenga ni Lia?"
She points to her ear.
"Ang galing galing naman!"
Then she makes her own attempt.
"Where is Yaya Felma's TINGA?"
Other Lia-isms
Lia: Ooh ooh! Ah ah!
Mommy: Are you a monkey?
Lia: No, I'm Lia!
Mommy: What is Lia?
Lia: A monkey!
---
Lia runs up and down the bed flapping her arms, saying "Lia is flying!"
Then stops and shows me her hands.
Lia: Is this a wing?
Mommy: Yes!
Lia: No, it's a hand.
---
Lia: Daddy, do you want to cry?
Daddy: No.
Lia: Yes na lang!
Daddy: Ok, hu! hu! hu!
Lia: Don't cry Daddy, Lia is here!
