Me: Did she just walk?

Lola Vinchu: Yes!

Me: Really?

Lola Vinchu: Put her back.

Desi: ...

All: Yay!

Me: That was Desi's first step!

Norman: Hala, Desi, you're going to steal Lia's thunder.

Lola Vinchu: Nah.

Me: Yeah, Lia is pretty thunderous on her own.

Norman: Right, there's plenty of thunder to go around.

I wanted to post about it yesterday but I didn't want to post over Lia's birthday letter on the day of her birthday. So here's the belated announcement. Desi took her first step last Sunday. Yay!
